Every day I wake up with an intense pain inside me. I ask myself ‘what is this pain, and why do I feel it’? It’s the rat, eating its way out, and the only way I can stop this torture, is to feed it…

For most people, you born, you waste the first ¼ of your life learning, only to get a dead end 9-5 job, before growing old, and then dieing. For some people, we simply cannot live that way, we have to escape the ‘rat race’, and set our own path.

I’m lucky enough to be able to feed my passion for extreme sports, by combining my work and play, and teaching others about this rat inside of you. I eat, sleep, and breath kayak

I was originally an international level surf kayaker, before moving inland, away from the sea. I spent most of this winter guiding, and paddling Scotland. Next winter, NZ? OZ? or maybe even the mighty Slabezi…
