“My name is Steve Leeder, I grew up sailing and hanging out on a boat.  Nobody would have guessed my first part time job in a ski shop would have me ending up traveling around the work in search of the best moments on snow.

Progression and evolution: I would like to say that I have had a big part in where telemark skiing and has gone in Canada over the past 3 years.

My goal is real simple, push the sport as far as I can and then keep going. Big mountains, urban jibbing or back country booters competing against the world’s best alpine free skiers and doing it all on telemark skis.

Squamish granite in BC.
